ABOUT

We are an independent wholesale bakery based in Newhaven East Sussex, providing freshly baked products for wholesalers, restaurants, caterers & general public within the south of England. 

Founded by John Falcone , who descends from generations of bakers,  we use a mix of traditional & modern processes in addition to our 14 year old starter to create fuller flavored bread.

We strive to ensure are products our of high quality & consistency to achieve this our mixing room is maintained at a set temperature all year round in addition weights & baking times controlled & recipes are monitored.
